Deka Didi Dighomi

Deka Didi Dighomi is a 12-story residential building located at 3 Ekvtime Kheladze Street, distinguished by modern architecture, efficient space planning, and a seismic-resistant monolithic frame, built with Austrian brand Doka's formwork and safety systems.

Construction uses fire-resistant isoblocks made with German technology, which provide up to four times higher thermal resistance than standard blocks and up to 40% savings on utility costs.

The project fully complies with the safety standards required by Georgian legislation (Article 41 of the Code) and is built with environmentally clean, energy-efficient materials.
